  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination.

  • Froggy Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

Order Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
